I worked for this company accepting assignment. I signed a contract to complete wints, lock changes, landscaping, etc. Paramount Asset Management gave me four properties to handle. I performed each assignment as asked. After completing, I was asked to email photos because I did not have access to the website to submit photos. Two weeks later I was asked to submit photos to the website. After trying three time, the website would not accept the photos. I told the individuals at Paramount- they told me just to email the photos. I explained I did and told them to whom I already emailed. Then they said they could not view my photos, I then sent the photos to another individual. They said they did not see photos of wints stickers. I sent them photos of wint stickes. They complained they were not good enough. We went back and forth a few times over the same issue- wint photos. Another individual called, asking for photos. I told the individual to get the same photos from another who already had the photos. They said they did not know the other employee of the same company and for me to forward the photos to them. I said NO. Learn to communicate within your own company instead of trying to get me out of the field just to upload photos to your email. Two days later, the company asked me to return at my expense to winterize a property. I said NO, because I did nothing wrong and needed to be paid to return to the property to wint. The very next day I received a notice that all the properties were being removed from my QUE and re-assigned to someone else and i'm being charges a chargeback of $275 which was 3 times the amount I'm being paid for 4 properties. I filed a lien against the properties unil Im paid for the amount I paid to get the properties completed.
