      SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM BE aware that this company takes your money to do one assignment, and then request more money arguing that is to much work for what you paid. After you agree to pay more they won't do any more of your work and when you call them back to request your money back they will say that the person that was assigned to you case is on vacation and they have to wait for him to come back to do the refund. Also, they will transfer you over and over to different departments and they will never solve the problem. I paid $399 for the first time and $300 the second time. Be aware that they will try to argue that they do some work to keep your money but the truth is they did a tiny portion.

    • Payment for help with a college course and no help in return

I contacted this online site to help me with a college course. I paid them $250 and after several times speaking with them over the phone and through text and email I have obtained help with a total of four math problems. I have been harassed to pay more money with the threat that they will not help me unless I pay more money. When they call me they speak to me in an aggressive tone. I looked up how to ask for a refund and have asked for a refund twice now. I ask for proof of the promises they make to start helping with my course or to process the refund request and I am only told that they are "giving their word" only to not hear back from them again until I once again reach out asking questions on their chat on the website. This company had me send the money through Worldremit money transfer to someone by the name of Musayyab Ali. This person was texting me with the number 1-850-610-8921 until the payment was made. Once the payment was complete he no longer responded to my texts.
