Misrepresentation and charging for services not rendered
By: Dec 07, 2017Company sold us a Quickbooks payroll support contract for 5 years saying they were affiliated with Intuit. Intuit has no knowledge of this company. We were billed by Intuit for services that this company is supposed to be paying for and servicing. Upon contacting this company multiple times over the course of three months nothing has been resolved. They said we would receive a refund which we have not. They have excuse after excuse as to why the refund has not gone through. They disconnect calls and leave you on hold hoping you will give up. FRAUD!!! Their website has been down for months... their e-mail does not work any longer either. No choice but to deem them as a fraudulent company.
