Ok so this is what the Problem is, I just to work for this company here in Mexico located in Puerto Vallarta. The real owner supporting this bussiness told us to say that we are located in L.A. in order to make business in the U.S. The company is know to be a homeowner consumer advocacy group we service all states in the U.S. except California were we say we are from. Now I work for this company for 7months not knowing it was a scam. They told us to say that we were only social worker working with the government under the federal guidelines. In my 7 months working with them I had service many people and after the 90 days Wich they say that's what the process takes they started calling me back saying the case managers were not answering their call and they were not getting nothing done. They asked for a refund. They waited for a whole month for the refund and they call me back saying they never got anything and they were not picking up. I decided to tell my lead in charge of the group when I try to get an answer why they were not getting their refund I got told just to stay with my script and not to pick up the calls anymore. They told me not to care about people because 80% of Americans are dumb. The real owners are not Americans either but they are living in L.A. they say that intelligent people won't call us at all and the other 10% have some knowledge but they are still dumb. I decided not to continue with this fraud because I realize that we were stealing people's money and taking advantage because of the circumstances going on right now with people's homes and the recession.
