  This cycler program was hyped tremendously for a few weeks. Here's the link I reviewed a few times before paying my money:

  In the ad they promised payment of $240 even if I recruited nobody. When I go to my site to check on payments this is the message I see:
  
  "New Payouts are closed at this time. Check back soon!"
  
  When I reread the refund policy it's stated that by paying my money I received access to software and therefore there are no refunds.
