  I chose the 30 day free shipping offer. No problem. I waited. I emailed them after 30 business days to ask if it was going to ship. I was told something along the lines of, "we are a few days behind due to Covid-19 but your order is with the shipping department, so it should be soon." No problem. I then waited another week. No updates. No emails. I emailed them. No response. Waited til the next day. No response still. Send several more. No response. I get that some people expect to be treated like royalty by everyone providing them a service, but I just wanted a snake and reasonable updates. Can't believe they couldn't do that. Guess I'll have to get the bank involved...

• Doing business through text, asking for my address, and another company warning against him.

  I’ve been looking for a Spider-Man Agama for my 4 kids who want one really badly. I contacted Reptile City through the website ReptileCity.com. The guy (Felton Willis) said he could have his “guys” go outside and catch me one. His site said they had none in stock. He said he would change the availability so I could order one but he never did. I called him again he said to text him my address and he’d then we could get the order placed. After I texted him my address he said it would be a couple hours before he could update his site. I sent him a text 2 times after that and he never responded. I continued to look for a Spider-Man Agama for my kids and came across a guy in Michigan who sells reptiles. I told him I thought I had found one but that the guy I was talking to at Reptile City wasn’t responding to my texts. He said “you need to be careful about that guy. He’s very shady and does things he shouldn’t.” So, I decided to completely avoid Reptile City. A few days later I’m looking online again and come across a site called Ha Ha Reptiles. I call to see if they might have any Spider-Man Agamas and Felton Willis from Reptile City answers the phone. I didn’t realize it was him until he said he isn’t going to deal with me because he doesn’t know what I’m up to. All I’m wanting is to find a Spider-Man Agama for my kids! He’s the one up to something. You can’t just go outside and catch a Spider-Man Agama here in the U.S.. I found that out after talking to several reptile wholesalers and shops. Please check this guy out. I think he’s scamming people and doing things he shouldn’t be doing.
