  Ii tried to purchase item on eBay for first time. i saw the item i wanted 48" GE Monogram Range for 3500 was the buy it now price. Seller had me go purchase moneypak for $3500 and said money would be put into escrow with eBay. eBay said it was a scam when I called them.

  I was trying to sell a pair of my used shoes for 150 dollars each on ebay . A man contacted me on their asking am I will in to trade . I said yeah so he gave me a list of shoes and I chose . I told him to text me so we can get detail . We got everything settled and then he shipped the next day. My mom didn't want me getting scammed so she was just gonna wait to send the shoes . Since I hadn't shipped yet he had just got them sent back to him. I finally gave him a legit tracking number and sent 360 dollars worth of shoes that are in great condition . And he gives me a non legit tracking number . So he has my shoes and I have nothing . I have his location and I am gonna put it on here right now . His name is Ben Williams and he lives in 214 Marquette , Park Forest Illinois 60466 . He scammed me on a pair of Size 14 Fire Red 3s and Size 13 Playoff 8s . They both came with the og everything . It'll mean the world if anyone can help me get this back ! Thank you .

  I sold stephen m chappel 4 items on ebay: 17118077**** 17118078****, 17118078****, and 18126799****. They want a refund of $62 yet the box they sent was full of toilet paper and bubble wrap and none of the four items. the tracking number for the box full of toilet paper and bubble wrap is 93020201303008279*****.

  I placed an order on Sep 21, 2013 for the Samsung s4, ebay charged $498.00 . Then the next two day on Sep 23, 2013 eBay send me a message said that this list were no longer available. It is very weird?.. On Sep 25, 2013 I got another messages said my item was delivery to my house? I don't know who they are sending to? Wrong department wrong name? I need an appeal ebay! I need to know is eBay are SCAMS or not? I keep calling ebay customer support, opened a case and opened appeal. But it useless they closed my case within a week without any investigate. It's not fair for me, need help....

• Bought a tire balancer and tire machine advertised

  Bought a tire machine and balancer. It was advertised as used but in good working conditions. When I finally got these two items. They needed repair. I was charged 1,450.00 to make these two machine work as described. When I tried to get the money I put out. I was told I should have returned the items. I am a business owner and don't have time too send 1,000lbs of machine back and forth. I needed the machine and thought ebay was a responsible company. I warn anyone even consider putting a bid on anything they pit up. Think twice, because buyer be ware.
