Failure to ship IAW contractual obligations
By: Jul 25, 2019Bought a ragdoll kitten from a dealer in Atlanta, GA for $800. He was to use Snap shipping Service to ship the kitten to me in Van Buren, AR. Kitten was bought on 4/27/19. Shipment was to be made promptly. Shipper keeps asking for more and more money to ship kitten.II have been out more than $5400 so far (money that is supposed to be returned to me upon shipment) Just a couple of days ago they sent me a email saying the kitten was already for shipment and my money would be returned to me.. Just now I received another email from the shipper and they wanted another $700 to ship the kitten for expenses that I have already paid.. I told them to return my money that I have already paid them..and forget shipping the kitten, that I don't want anymore.................
