They did not refund me, and refused to do so, and i have paper work stating they would pay me back 100% if i did not get on a program. My loan provider said i could not get on the loan forgiveness program, so i called them and asked for my refund, and they told me they wouldn't do it. The loan forgiveness person hung up on me and said she would not give me my money back.
