They charged my card $44 without my authorization. They have no phone number, only email. After talking via email to 4 different people, they gave me the run around and said they would not refund my money.

I am struggling with a statistics class, so I googled the questions I need answered and Study pool popped up saying they could answer my questions for $5. I paid and was charged the $5 but never received an answer. After paying I was redirected to their homepage, where I had to create an account and re-post my question. I was asked to select a dollar amount that I would be willing to pay and it asked for my credit card information once again. The company has no phone number listed, just an email. I am suspecting I was ripped off and just want to make sure this doesn't happen to other poor college students who are just trying to survive a statistics class!
