They scammed my grandmother
Sep 23, 2017
So, my grandmother got a pop-up on her computer about a virus and call Microsoft immediately. She did and then she end up paying $499.99 to fix the computer. Microsoft would never do that. That was a scam because I had installed McAfee on her computer and there is no way she can ever have a virus. I called them up but to no avail. They wouldn't refund the amount saying it was onetime whatever.
Refund the $499.99
