In December I sent a package FedEx and I went to track package, then my computer froze up and it said to call this number then these people said they were micro soft and my computer was hacked. They charged me 99.99 to fix it. They would have gotten away with it if my friend did not ask me to check on the status of the package. So I went back to the FedEx tracking and the same thing happened to my computer. Then I called back angry and told them I just paid and the man told me he put in some hackers program for me. This was a lie they installed nothing. I had someone check my computer and they said nothing was wrong with my computer I was told if my computer ever freezes up again to press shift, control, and esc at the same time to unfreeze it. These people were trying to charge me another 179.99 to fix my computer. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs because if they did it to me they did it to many people checking for their packages during Christmas. What a way to rob people They must have made lots of money during Christmas stealing from people.Show more...
I want my money back and everyone that they robbed to get their money back.
