      I ordered 1 t-shirt and put on my credit card. When I receive dy statement prior to receiving the t-shirt I was being charged for a 2nd order that I did not order nor did I receive a "confirmation email" for the 2nd order. I contacted them 11/18 via "chat" stating I did not order the other 2 items and filed a claim to be credited for the 2 items. I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours witch I have not. I am now receiving an email that these 2 items are being processed and will be shipped 11/27!!! They state the order can not be cancelled!! What a scam!!!? Do NOT use these scam artists!!!

    • TeeChip and their multiple other fictional names are harassing me

      I have asked to be removed from all of their distribution lists. I have received well over 100 emails from this company after being asked to be removed. Despite what their live chat attendant says, there has never been an unsubscribe link on any email that they have sent. The phone number is automated, with no chance to speak to a human, and their email responses are chain letters.

      Ordered by mistake tried to cancel immediately. Was told items were custom and already shipped, both false statements. cant cancel or return items for refund. Can’t talk to anyone on the 800 number. They lied about my item being limited edition, exact same items are half price on amazon!

    Tell Paypal you want to open a case with them. They will investigate and they do a good job. The odds are good you will be reimbursed. For those who used a debit or credit card to pay, call the bank and report the transaction. My card company reimbursed me the full amount. There's hope!

    I ordered 3 TeeShirts on May 27th supposed to take 5-15 business days for delivery, still have not received them Paid thru Pay Pal. i called 3 different phone numbers, 1 number finally answered with a voice message wanting my order number NEVER got an order number all i received was a Transaction number, never did get to speak with a person, so frustrating. At this point I just want my money back, this company is a SCAM !!!!

    I am having the same problem! I ordered a t-shirt from teechip.com, they took payment from my PayPal account, I never heard hide nor hair from them afterward. I have tried emailing them - returned as undeliverable. I tried calling - can't get through without an order number which they never sent to me in any type of confirmatory email/receipt for the shirt. I tried the email link on their website - doesn't exist. I tried calling every number listed for their company - can't get through or number is disconnected. I have an investigation going through PayPal now. I googled the address on their website - their company is not listed at that address but numerous other companies are. I will be contacting the Attorney General for my state as well as the BBB. This company, if it exists at all, is nothing but a scam!

    Same exact thing happened to me! I ordered 1 Halloween shirt on October 6th, said it would ship in 5-10 business days. I received it after Halloween and they charged my credit card for two shirts. Can't get a hold of them either by phone, online chat, or email. The order number they ask for over their automated phone system only asks or takes an 8 digits order number; the order confirmation I received starts with two letters followed by 10 numbers.

    Bought an xtra large women's t-shirt, fit like a medium. Sent a picture of their tshirt compared to a fruit of the loom women's tshirt telling them their size xtra large is too small and the size chart is off... they sent me the exact same tshirt size and tell me now to send picture of both the tshirts that were sent to me. It's a bad joke. The quality is poor for that amount of money. Don't do it

    I have the same problem with these sites. Most at least have a search for their database and we can find the thieves. TeeChip is a hidden database so finding the stolen designs is impossible unless we happen to stumble on them. When I approached with my concerns my stolen work may be sold on their site, all I got back was: Seller Support sellersupport @ teechip (dot) com "We do not have a Search feature on TeeChip.     Hi, How did you find the stolen work. TeeChip database is hidden, ripe for theft, and there is no way for me to check. These types of sites often allow for members to steal and sell my designs. But normally we can search for the images. I saw other artist's stolen works being sold on their site through facebook to a direct link and thought to check for my most stolen designs.     I began receiving emails about over $400 of merchandise ordered, the order information did not show any information about the payment other than "Credit Card". I tried to contact them via phone, but "phone support isn't available" so I used chat. I spoke to someone called Karl and was informed that they would require me to "Please ask your bank regarding that transaction that it is a fraud issue, then we will need you to come back to us provide us some banking statement". I don't see charges to any of my accounts, but verified that the order has my name, address, and email address. They eventually canceled all of the order except 2 mugs. Karl told me "We cannot fully cancelled your order because we cannot cancel a mug directly unless there is a banking statement" and "Since you have a mug on your order that's why I can't cancel it. We need to request for a cancellation for your mug. But before we can make that request we need to ask our customer some banking statement so that they will processed the refund for the mug. I am just following our company standard protocol." Since I can't find any charges on my cards and they won't provide even the card type or last 4 digits of the card used I can't verify these specific charges against the card used or cancel the card. I'm still working on canceling $40 worth of mugs that I didn't order.

    I am having the same issue. I've been on a wild goose chase with "customer service" for a week now. My last email stated I would be filing a PayPal despite as well as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    Did the same thing to me and cannot reach them to correct their mistake. Quick to take your money and slow in explaining what they did. Scammers should be ousted from American purchasers. Law should investigate.

    I had never heard of TeeChip until I saw their charge on my debit card. Fortunately it's only a small amount, and I was able to cancel the card and waiting for a new card. There is no way to reach them by phone - it is not manned, and no way to leave a message. There is no online chat AND they do not respond to emails. If you have suffered a large loss, I suggest you go to the Attorney General of that state and ask them to intercede on your behalf!

    I would dare say that TeeChip is to blame. I was smart enough to use PayPal, so they won't allow any charges. But, what I did order was delivered to Fremont, CA, but the delivery address on the order is my work address in Guam. TeeChip does not respond to emails, their phone system says call service is not available and to go to their chat page, which, conveniently, doesn't work either. I am filing fraud charges against them and have filed a claim through PayPal for reimbursement.

    Same thing happened to me. $450 in fraudulent charges put on my card, and 10 strange t-shirts I didn't order arrived in the mail 3 weeks later - so not only was my card info stolen, but my address as well. Here's the scam: Teechip is an online fundraising site. Design a t-shirt that costs $5 to make, market the shirt as your "fundraiser" and sell them for $45 each, and keep a portion of the proceeds for your "fundraising". So a person who steals a bunch of credit cards does this, sets up a teechip account, designs or selects a t-shirt, performs fraudulent purchases with the stolen credit cards, and pockets the proceeds.

    Seems that some scammer has hijacked credit cards and passing charges through TeeChip. My wife's VISA had two successive charges, around $600 & $300 yesterday (4/24/17). My wife has never heard of TeeChip. The bank (USAA) apparently recognized the fishy charges and shut the card down. Still a pain to have to wait for a new card and change any recurring bills. Is TeeChip to blame, or are they victims as well?

    They stole my design and are passing it off as their own. What's worse is, I have celebrities from The Walking Dead holding and endorsing MY shirt with MY design on it. Sonequa Martin Green now owns, the original and very first printed shirt with my design on it made by another company. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with this company, they do not answer telephone calls, and their online chat is a joke, I have currently been on hold now for 47 minutes, and at the bottom it says "We will be with you shortly". They opened at 9am EST, it's now 9:53 EST, they must have a ton of complaints to not be able to respond to emails, calls, or online chat. I will be getting a lawyer to sue them for everything this lousy company is worth!

    I bought 2 shirts from Teechip in a 2xl. They came probably in a 2xl kid size but were no way size for adult. I'm not able to get them to respond to my complaint, so no refund. They were made in El Salvador. Maybe there's a bunch of fat short people there. I won't be ordering from them again and you shouldn't either.

    I ordered two (2) mugs for $41.96 (includes shipping). They doubled the order and charged me double! First they said a campaign was going on and couldn't ship until April 6, 2017. On April 4, 2017 I get an email saying it had shipped and delivered to my address. No Way! Tee Chip does not respond properly to emails and they do not respond via phone. Phone number is an automated call and there is no one to talk to. Stay away from these people. I'm still working on trying to get my problem taken csre of. SCAM ARTISTS BIG TIME!!!!

    I ordered A " limited edition" Poster of the 1972 Pink floyd concert ( That Id already received a beautiful tee shirt from another, very responsible tee-shirt company...). Took quite a while to arrive and when i inspected the poster, found it was a bad blow up of a low res. image, fuzzy, blurry and totally unacceptable for framing ( with my ticket from the show...). No response but a " customer service unavailable" by phone and a run-around by email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Great, a few weeks ago I ordered this walking dead Nighan T-shirt. They finally sent me a thing telling me that my item has shipped. I keep checking the tracking number over the last three days and they are telling me via the tracking number it is not in existence there is no information for it whatsoever. I remember last week I sent them an email telling them there was a charge on my credit card from them and I do not understand what it was for. I forgot what it was for to be honest. Then I said they need to explain what the charges for or else I'm going to file a complaint. Not even one hour later I received this tracking number telling me my item has been shipped out. Walt a full three days have passed and there is no update on the tracking. It is through DHL. I just sent them another email telling them I do not have any updated information, the company says the tracking number basically does not exist, and I threatened to call my credit card company – again. Then I told them it is a credit card registered with PayPal if they try to screw me around my credit card still has my back. See how they respond to that

    Both Teechip and their shipper (DHL) offer equally poor service. DHL appear to have lost the package (given that it's been stuck at the same status since Nov-28-16). All Teechip and DHL can do is point the finger at each other. Teechip say that due to the custom nature of their goods, there is nothing they can do (no refund, no replacement) DHL say to contact the merchant. Safe to say, I'm not happy with either of them.

    It's interesting that you mention those "mexicans". I have been recently scamed by this company. I'm mexican, currently linving in México and it's really uncomon that I buy clothes made outside my country. All the stuff I have bought in local alternative shops comes in great quality fabrics and has great quality original prints. I thought I was going to receive something made in that great U.S. quality you talk about, but I haven't even received the cheap chinese stuff. I live in a country where most scamers, robers and corrupt enterprises suffer no consequences; so please, don't let these TeeChip plague rats do this to you.

    Hey guys, here is another scapegoat talking about a scam from a "Teechip" offer viewed in Facebook. On November 25, 2016 (a Friday), I saw a post on our Facebook page about a T-shirt identified as a "I Am A Proud American". I liked the wording on the shirt, so I decided to order one. I entered the sizing information, credit card info, etc., and placed the order. I immediately got a confirmation E-mail message from a [email protected] website confirming my order listing the "campaign end date (what, are they running for election too??), the expected ship date and the pertinent order information. I thought my order had been placed normally, so I was not worried until Saturday, December 3, 2016. I had been monitoring the shipper's (DHL) website, monitoring the order number listed in Teechip's confirmation Email. The DHL website continued to show that my order was waiting to be received by DHL's Ecommerce Distribution Center. I started calling DHL's phone number trying to find out why my order never showed as being "enroute". On Wednesday, December 21, I called DHL and talked to a "Crystal" who told me that DHL had never received my order from Teechip! She connected me to a number she said was Teechip, and after several rings, I got an automated message that said to enter my "order number". It took several tries to get the number entered, but as soon as I did, the connection was cut off. I noticed their website was listed as "Teechip.Com", so I did a search on this website in Bing. I went to their website listed and filed a complaint online with my order number. I immediately got a confirmation E-mail AGAIN stating that my claim had been received and an "Agent" would review my claim and get back to me as soon as possible. As of this date, I have heard nothing from anyone associated with Teechip, and I still do not have my T-shirt!! The results displayed from my Bing search were definitely NOT GOOD!! There are countless unresolved complaints against this company, most of which are about non delivery of orders placed with them!! I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC and I have disputed the charge against my credit card and I have requested a new credit card number!! My stronger than strong recommendation is that you place no orders with a company called "Teechip", either through Facebook or any other web page. Check my Facebook page as I will post any results I get back from the FTC (WWW.FTC.Gov). Beware!! JW

    Ordered a sweatshirt as a gift for a friend. Received the sweat shirt only to find it is thin cheap material and the silkscreen lettering is terrible. It's like the ink barely covers the fabric and is very light. Extremely dissapointed with this product and won't ever order from them again. Because it was a gift for a special occasion I didn't have time to return it or else I would have.

    I am a ex employee in there CS dept my last day was 12/15 they tell us to lie to customers you place order give the the CC info charged immediately promise you get order in 5days which is impossible it takes up to 30days to make that cheap ass china made $3 a garment shit and than they sell it for tens that amount there sweatshop is nothing but mexicans in Indiana wonder if they are all documented they print that cheap crap (mexicans ) any kind of way and sent out oh by the way the owner Raymond is a 25yr old china man who obviously does not understand the American way you dont steal peoples hard earned money and the items they sell are of the cheapest quality seriously and they ripping people off left and right......     Ordered shirt 10/20, delayed shipping notice 11/2 delayed to 11/15, no second notice. Contacted company, chatted with rep, now delayed to 11/20. I requested money back - THEY SAID IT'S NOT AN OPTION. I said it is through my credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the FTC. Me: Hello Me: Once again...you there?     Oh no...I just ordered an OSU t shirt that was supposed to be a limited edition..It's not late yet as it is not scheduled to ship for another few days, however, this makes me really concerned b/c, as suspected, they already got their money but I now wondering i will even receive my pre-paid t shirt order!?

    SAME HERE I bought it through PayPal and what they did was fool me around until my deadline to file a complaint with PayPal passed!! Nobody answers the phone they listed. As soon as I menaced to file a complaint with PayPal they started answering my chats and emails. I believe now that they just wanted to make the time pass so I did not have the chance to complain with PayPal..... SCAM!!!

    AVOID THIS SITE. I ordered the "best mom in the galaxy" shirt and I have received no emails for tracking and no reported shipment. (Estimated shipping date was May 11.) I sent an email to support on the 14th and got no reply. I tried calling support and services were unavailable three times. I had poor experiences with the online chat option twice. I just filed a complaint with paypal because I want a refund and no one from the company will acknowledge me. AWFUL customer service and communication. I posted a negative comment to their facebook page and suddenly they are trying to answer me and apologize. I just want my money back. What a SCAM.
