Offer false workshops and keep refund
By: Oct 04, 2013Website that looks like very professional company, offers workshops that you have to pay a down payment to reserve, when the due date meet, they cancel the workshop and keep the down payment. Never refund. No matter that they disagree on their contract. No respond emails,phone calls, but keep doing fraud to others
