Francis told me that he had puppies available for sale. I bought one that costs $815 including shipping. I received a fake shipping email that said that he arrived to my city and they were asking for $600 dollars in order to deliver him because he didn’t have the right papers. Before sending him, Francis told me to pay $730 for his crate and I did not pay because I told him it was his problem to pay for the crate. I never received the puppy and also never received my $815 that I paid via paypal
