Merchandise lost in mail

Company was to send me a TV antenna, received an email item processed for shipping, I noticed wrong address then emailed them at that moment to let them know. Emailed them on Thursday the item was shipped Tuesday, address doesn't exist. P.O..told me item would be returned to sender, company says never returned. (no tracking number) Now I'm out of $66+. No Antenna No money!!!
