This guy fraudulently scams people for cleaning feesnI had even given the guy five stars as I had three stops on my trip. See the issue below. I was charged a $61.49 cleaning fee which is absurd. All of my groceries were in his trunk and he had black seat covers but took the seat covers off to take pictures of the damage that I didn't do. Apparently, Uber doesn't investigate. He's been getting away with this and it's not cool!
ISSUE: Please review as this was not me this had to have been another one of this drivers fares. I was picked up from work, had two stops, to pick up my children, to the market to pick up my curbside groceries and then dropped off at home. All of my items where closed an inside of supermarket bags inside of his trunk we had nothing in the gentleman's vehicle that would have made a mess. Please review as this was not me.Upon investigating the pictures ...the gentleman who picked us up had a black seat cover over the entire backsest. The seats weren't bear as shown in these pictures. Also, the middle seat belt didn't work properly and we had to try to force the seat belt to work correctly and ultimately had to hold it in the buckle. I'm asking that you review review review because this was no damage that I made. I understand that the driver could have submitted this to the wrong fare by a mistake but I'm asking you to thoroughly review & correct it immediately. Thank you!
Uber needs to investigate! I feel so wronged.
I was charged an additional $81 for no reason. My two older kids were on the phone playing video games and my youngest son was resting because he was tired. I had my little purse and my kids had their school bags. No one had food on them or liquid. They eat breakfast at school because of the time we wake up. The driver had a mess in his car already but we got in because I didn't want the kids to be late and miss breakfast. We got to the oldest kids school at 7:38 and my youngest who was asleep at 7:53. I have never had a problem with being charged so high so I want to know why I am being charged and the driver needs to stop lying or making up charges. I ask uber to ask for the footage of the car camera which will show my kids and i activity and what we were doing but they refused to do so. I am being charged for something I didn't do.Show more...
