Not providing refund after failed service

I purchased a carrier unlocking service from this website, which guarantees a refund if the service does not work in 30 days. After the 30 days, my phone was not unlocked so I contacted the support team and they did not respond. I have contacted them many times but they have not responded. I have done nothing wrong. They are ghosting me and refusing to provide me my rightful refund.
