About a year ago, my laptop computer froze and I received a message box to contact Microsoft for support to fix my computer. When I called the number I got Vaass Pro, Inc. I was coerced into purchasing their security services for 3 years at $299.00. They said they couldn't fix it without me purchasing it. I told them I didn't have enough money so the said they would do it for one year at $99. When it came out of my bank account, it was for $299 causing my account to be overdrawn. When my husband found out what had happened he erased everything from my computer and reinstalled our software. I have never used their services and when I called them back at the number, it was no longer in service.
Now, I am receiving phone calls saying they will take more money out of my bank account if I don't "cancel" their service. The last few times they called they became verbally abusive.
