Purchasing land at undervalued price
By: Jul 17, 2019Received a letter wanting to purchase one of our parcels of land for $12K. Discovered the parcel they were trying to buy was actually the one with our home on it accessed at $403K. Included purchase agreement with their letter. Stated very short turn around time on payment to us. LOL
