Additional Credit card charges

My credit card was charged after I requested cancellation of any further shipments, or charges.
I asked to return the product, because I had an adverse reaction. I was told that was not necessary, and that there would be no further orders or charges. Received an email on 7/27 that my order was being shipped. I again called, and was assured that my "account" would be closed immediately (we'll see....)
but now advised that the previous amount will not be credited. That is not what their web site indicates.
