Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I am a student from Victory University. I will like a complaint with Victory University because people at the financial aid was not treat me right concerning the refund check and they have took the rest of the Pell grant money. I file the independent grant for 2013-2014 FAFSA form, the lady suppose to be helping me she have hurting me because I let it be known to her that I didn't want no loan just the Pell grant she was dishonest because she trick me to sign a loan which I didn't know. Because she told me this form is a Pell grant. The same year in 2013 in October of 2013 I talk to Mrs.Ryczywot about the refund check so ok, two month latter in December of 2013 some of the students receive the refund check but me. I call the business office and the lady at the business told me that own the amount so I told her that I didn't sign for a loan just the Pell grant, and Mrs. Ryczywot and Mrs. Ford told me they Pell grant ok so people at the financial aid sent me the refund $82.68 to me that is not enough for me concerning me situation. I already explained the situation to Mrs. Ryczywot she was very helpful person a month later of Jan 2014 this year I receive $255.82 I know I should receive more than that and latter on in late Jan of this year I receive a phone call from the business office she told me I have to pay for a course for M3 tern and I know I apply for the Pell grant to me it should cover it, because the amount of the Pell grant is 5,645 I know I didn't spend that much on the books I trying to figure out you know what are they doing with that money she told me to apply the Pell grant for 2014-2015 FAFSA form I did but I am not going to take a chance. three months later in 3/25/14 I talk to the lady in financial aid at United State University on the Tuition Estimation Form she told on the Federal Pell Grant was N/A on to the other side the 2013-2014 Pell grant was used at Victory she told me they kept the Pell grant money for 2013-2014 understand I got is no money for the Pell
Will you contact them at Victory University concerning the refund and they will have to do a replacement the amount of all the Pell grant money they messing with and taking away from me. The amount will be 5,645, to transfer to United State University. If they refuse they will have to pay the money back. I didn't get a chance to say this I receive the mail from William D. Ford Direct loan and they said I own them is there any way will you contact them to cancel because I didn't sign for a loan.
