not returning any calls
By: Mar 14, 2014Was told I won a gift certificate in the amount of 1000 dollars. Sent me a package and said I had to pay 139 dollars upon shipment. I paid and now they will not answer any calls regarding a pin number i need. P;ease help me resolve this matter. Thanks
