    • Taking my money before process complete refusing total refund

      On December 14th of 2019 I got online to purchase a legitimate Esa letter after providing my my debit card number and information before approval by their so-called psychiatric team Waggy proceeded to take money out my account and when I saw that I immediately called them to ask them what was up why did they take money and I haven't even been approved yet and I got no response from any human being I tried calling several times and with the same result after finally getting a email address and emailing them they offered me 98 of the $177 that I spent I received none of their products and before they shipped before anything of that nature I called them within 5 minutes I called my bank within 5 minutes to let them know exactly what was going on these people are on the internet taking advantage of people with mental health problems that are seeking help I am on a fixed income through SSI and I cannot afford this loss please help
