A message appears on the computer screen indicating security breach and providing a number for help. Upon reaching tech, who indicates he is Microsoft certified, a 'fix' is implemented and money is collected via Credit card for an ongoing service. You then receive a call several days later indicating the service has been stopped and they want to return your money by you giving them access to your computer, and you logging into your bank account so they can make a deposit.
