I recently purchased xilisoft audio converter pro for my MacBook. I paid 66.98 Canadian for the software, 16 of that was to be able to redownload the software for 2 years. Most companies don't charge for redownloading and will let you do it for free...for a lifetime. I tried installing xilisoft audio converter pro for my mac and it immediately crashed the mac, restarted the mac and uninstalled itself. I thought this was weird, but I'm resilient and had to try it again. As I paid for the software and wanted to do my due dilligence. I tried a few times and with the same result.... right after installation...screen went black white writing saying the mac crashed ands to be restarted followed by the software being uninstalled. I tried contacting the support team and all they sent me was a copt of my purchase receipt. I then contacted the sales team and asked for a full refund, because Ive paid for a service/product which wasn't working.
They sent me 2 more copies of my receipt. There is no phone number for xilisoft on their website and I even tried to find the corporate number and no luck. These people sold me sofware that doesn't work and wont even help me with support or a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM XILISOFT.
