This bill showed up out of no where.
Apr 10, 2014
A bill from xoom energy showed up for $137.00 with my mom's name on it. The thing is my mom doesn't speak English and could not have activated this account. No one activated this account with them but they claimed that it was enforce for over a year and was cancelled in Feb. of this year, 2014. None of my family recognize the email that was used to start this account. This is obviously a fraud and everyone needs to know about it.
