In 2011 Louisville Gas & Electric turned off the Gas service to my home due to a gas leak. I called Service Protection which at that time I had an annual agreement and told them my situation and they told me they did not have a service representative in my area, the person on the phone told me to get a plumber in my area to fix the problem and when completed to sent the paid invoice and they would reimburse me. The final bill for the Gas repairs were $1800. I sent the paid invoice to Service Protection Group. I never heard anything from them until 2016 when I call them and told them to quit sending me bills and take me off their customer list that I did not want anything to do with a dishonest company, and today I received another bill for $166.80 which I will not pay.
