This is an email I had sent to TWO emails the website had provided (huge red flag).
Hello, I’m writing in regards to being charged twice on my account.
The first was charged (3/8/2020) to Jeremy Pittman originally for $84.99 then without noticed changed to $97.73 without notifying me.
The second charge today (3/10/2020) was to SQ Cryst for $84.99.
I would like to cancel both orders with a full refund. Your “website” has also changed your contact information within the last three days from [email protected] to [email protected]
I would like a respond asap as you provide “24/7” customer service.
If I do not hear from you I will be contacting the United States IRS, Better Business Bureau, and my PayPal account to report fraud services and promotion.
